1. Eligibility for Jewelry Exchange: Customers who wish to initiate a jewelry exchange must adhere to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • The item must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

  • The request for exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligible Items for Exchange:

  • Only jewelry items purchased from our website.

3. Exchange Procedure:

  • To initiate an exchange, customers should contact us at  jewelry@victoriaduque.com.

  • Our customer service team will guide customers through the exchange process, which may include providing additional information and supporting documents.

4. Inspection of Returned Items:

  • All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection before an exchange is processed.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange.

5. Exchange Options:

  • Customers can choose to exchange the item for another item of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

  • If the new item is of lesser value, the remaining amount will be provided as store credit.

  • Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

6. Shipping and Handling:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for exchange.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

7. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If the item received is defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

  • Defective or damaged items will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer.

8. Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for jewelry exchanges. Exchanged items will be processed according to the exchange options mentioned above.
