How can I pay?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item you have purchased on our website, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be requested within 7 days of your order’s shipment. Your RMA# will be forwarded within 24 hours. Requests should be emailed to:

Merchandise should be received by Victoria Duque within 7 days of issuing your RMA#, in original packaging and in unworn condition.
Victoria Duque will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been worn and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

You can always exchange an item in person at one of the Markets Victoria Duque is attending.  Check with the Calendar for where.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at Victoria Duque discretion and may only be processed as an online store credit.

Special Orders & Sale Items  
These items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please inquire about special orders (special requests, ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.) by clicking on the CONTACT link and leaving us a message. If you can please leave your phone number also. Sometimes it is easier to communicate by telephone. We make every effort to fulfill your jewelry needs. Timing and pricing will vary. Special Orders are Final Sales.

Product Availability
Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection and high demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via the e-mail you provide that your item will be Special Ordered. An estimated delivery date will be given and your order will be processed upon your confirmation or in 24 hours if we do not receive notice of cancellation.

Timing
Please allow two business days for processing. You should receive your USPS Priority Mail package within 3-4 days of processing. USPS Express Mail delivery will be delivered 2 days after processing. International Air Mail will arrive approximately 7-10 days after processing.
